KARMA and the City of Elizabethtown Parks and Recreation services are joining together to, once again, bring you FREE Sunrise Yoga at the Freeman Lake Bandstand this spring.

All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat and props you may use for practice.

PLEASE NOTE: All classes will take place at the Freeman Lake Bandstand area. Please use the Blue Heron gate (Blue Heron Way, Elizabethtown, KY 42701), as this will be the only gate open. Park staff will open the gate at 5:45 am for check-in. Parking will be available in the lot in front of the Bandstand.
