Sunrise Yoga & Sound Bath by the Pier

Awaken with the sun and move with intention by the Jacksonville Beach Pier. Join Christa on Saturday, August 30 at 7:00 AM for a grounding vinyasa flow designed to energize the body and center the mind—ending with a soothing sound bath during savasana as the ocean waves roll in.

This class is open to all levels and is the perfect way to start your weekend with community, connection, and clarity.

– Yoga mat & journal

– Towel or blanket for under your mat

– Bathing suit for a dip in the ocean after yoga!
