Sunrise Walking Meditation

Join us Sunday mornings for a Sunrise Walking meditation. We will be meditating to a guided Joe Dispenza meditation track that takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete. You can learn more about Joe Dispenza here.

You will be given a headset where you can hear the mediation through and we will all be listening to the same meditation. Parts of it are sitting, and then other parts of it are walking. We will all be walking together as a group, although having our own internal experiences.

This is a beautiful way to meditate in community for those that already have an existing practice, and incredible way to try a dynamic style of meditation that keeps you engaged and moving. It is great for beginners and more advanced meditators.

Hi There! My name is Carolina and this is actually my personal Sunday morning practice which I am opening up to others to join me since we have the ability to do it as a group with the silent disco headsets. Having said this, please only come if you intend to stay for the entire meditation, as I myself will be meditating too, and do not want to have to fumble with headsets or equipment during the experience. Thank you, and I look forward to meditating together :)

Schedule:

7:00 - 7:10 am Check-in (Please don't be late, we will start the meditation at 7:10)

7:10 - 8:30 am Joe Dispenza Guided Walking Meditation

Feel free to stay and mingle afterwards.

What to bring:

• Clothing that is easy to move in
• Sunglasses and a hat!
• Water
• Wear a bathing suit (it's wonderful to jump in the ocean afterwards)
• An open heart

Parking

• You can find free parking on county road as well as seminole road. There is also paid (metered) parking available closer to the beach on Sunrise Avenue. We meet on the beach at the end of Root Trail Road. It takes about 7 minutes to walk from County Road to the beach.
• There is a gate to get onto the beach, but don't worry it will be open.
