Sunrise + Sunset Series
Reconnect with yourself through a rejuvenating, hour-long yoga session designed to align your mind, body, and spirit. Join us on the 22nd of each month for an opportunity to experience yoga without commitment. Whether you’re welcoming the energy of the sun in the morning or winding down under the moon in the evening, this series is for all levels and focuses on mindful movement and breathwork.
