Meet just before 5am at the lakefront near Lawrence Avenue – where there is free parking and easy access via bicycle and public transport. We'll do sun salutations on grass (rest as needed) and chant the Gayatri Mantra as the sun rises; then we'll finish our asana practice. All levels. Please bring your own mat and plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
