Welcome to the Sunrise Silent Meditation, Sun Gazing and Community Connection event on the beach at the 1st lifeguard tower. Join us at 1 Washington Ave South Pointe Beach Lifeguard Tower 1 on the sand facing the ocean (the red and white tower) for a morning of peace, connection, and grounding. Start your day with a calming meditation in presence and silence as you watch the sun rise over the horizon. Experience the powerful practice of sun gazingand feel the energy of the sun fill you with well being. Connect with open-minded/hearted individuals in our community and share in the beauty of the morning together. Bring an item (fruit) to share if you choose.

We start at 6:30am, join us in silence. Bring a mat and have a seat and look out into the horizon.
