Richmond-local, Tyler Silvestro of Marvel will discuss his focus on designing environments for the public good. Silvestro will highlight projects with this priority from around the world — including the only tropical rainforest in the United States forest system — before bringing the conversation closer to home with major improvement projects around Richmond, including the East Green project outside our front doors.
Sunrise Science is free and begins at 8 a.m. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. so you can grab a complimentary cup of coffee or tea to enjoy during the talk. Each presentation includes time for audience questions at the end. The event will conclude by 9 a.m. so you can continue on with your day, but with a little extra science to fill your cup of knowledge!
