Welcome the day with a peaceful rooftop yoga experience at Eyrie Rooftop Bar, led by Essential Yoga Studio owner and instructor Sunni Nutt.
In honor of Cancer season, this special practice celebrates grounding, self-care, and emotional renewal. Begin your morning with a guided intuitive card pull before flowing through an all-levels yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with yourself, cultivate inner calm, and embrace the nurturing energy of the season.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this welcoming rooftop experience is open to all. Bring your yoga mat and any props you'd like to use, and dress comfortably for movement.
Each ticket includes a 60-minute rooftop yoga session plus one complimentary smoothie or coffee. Doors open one hour before class for coffee, light mingling, and mat setup.
Advance registration is required. We can't wait to welcome you for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and community above the city.
