Join us on Friday 6th March for a Sunrise Pilates class on the 46th floor of One Canada Square - a quiet moment above the city to move, reset, and begin the day together.

The Experience
A 45-minute mat Pilates class, led with clarity and care, followed by coffee and a curated goodie bag featuring wellness treats and vouchers from some of our Canary Wharf neighbours and partners.
