The Sunrise Paddle is a slow, open-lake experience designed to help you move at your own pace, connect with nature, and ease into your day feeling refreshed and centered.

6:30–7:00 AM || Open Paddle & Social Time
Enjoy free paddling, grab a coffee and pastry, and settle into the morning atmosphere.
7:00–7:30 AM || Guided On-Water Sound Bath
Anchor up and relax as you enjoy a peaceful sound bath experience surrounded by the beauty of the lake.
7:30–8:30 AM || Open Paddle & Social Time
Continue paddling at your leisure, connect with fellow paddlers, or relax on shore with coffee and good company.
