Sunrise Movement & Meditation

Meet me on the sand ✨

We will do a meditation and flow through a gentle, feel good sequence as the sun rises over the ocean - the perfect way to start the day. We will link movement to breath as we connect to our inner selves and cultivate a feeling of peace and contentment. This class is very beginner friendly with light movement and stretching.

Class is $15. Registration for class is highly encouraged at www.thecocoyogi.com. I have class packages available!

I recommend bringing a blanket, tapestry, or a few towels to spread out since it gets sandy. Mats are optional, personal preference.

We meet across from Berkshire by the Sea (126 N Ocean Blvd) just South of N2 lifeguard stand, look for the glowing orbs! It’s just north of Atlantic ave, and parking on A1A is free until 8 AM.

Class is weather permitting, and you will be refunded in full in case of cancellation. If you need to cancel for any reason, please let me know ASAP. You will be refunded if it’s 12 hours prior to the class or more, cancellations within 12 hours of class will result in a credit.
