Event Description:

Join us for a transformative Women's Sunrise Hike with the Authenticity Collective (Devin and Nicole) and or special guest Erin Yari —this is a morning designed to reconnect with nature, ourselves, and each other. As we hike to Balance Rock watching the sun rise, we will explore the theme of Shedding the Old Self.

This gathering invites us to deepen our connection with our most authentic selves, step fully into who we are becoming, and honor with gratitude the past versions of ourselves that carried us to this moment. Balanced Rock in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, admired for its natural beauty and quiet strength, serves as a powerful symbol of resilience, balance, and the quiet miracles of nature. May its presence remind us of the strength within and the grace of transformation.

We will start by enoying a Hot Matcha, grounding us in the moment followed by a guided hike and share circle. Through being heard and witnessing one another, we create deep connection, collective healing, and the reminder that none of us are walking this journey alone.
