Join us at 8am while the sun is still low/ not hot yet, for a guided grounding event. What is that you might ask?If you know anything about the earth and how good it is for you; than you already know that standing barefoot for 20-30 minutes each day and getting 15-30 minutes of natural sunlight are some of the best things that you can do to reset your adrenals, get your circadian rhythm back to normal, and feel an over all sense of balance. It is not like yoga, it’s just deep breathing, stretching, and connecting your feet to the earth.
We’re going to amplify the experience by letting the goats, chickens, and piggies out and there will be mini horses at their posts.
Bring a mat or towel/blanket to stretch on, and clothes you don’t mind getting grass or hoof prints on.
We will have ginger tea and green juice available to enhance your experience.
This is NOT a spiritual experience, and just a purely feel good enjoy nature experience.
