Set high on the cliffs overlooking the North Sea, the magnificent Tynemouth Priory and Castle will be transformed into the most unique Groove dancefloor experience - at Sunrise!We'll come together to dance among medieval ruins of the 7th century Benedictine monastery, beneath the soaring arches and castle towers, where monks roamed and Saints were buried; a place that has witnessed the passage of kings, the ravages of Viking invasions, and been a military stronghold for centuries, protecting the Tyne.
This will not only be a memorable dance experience but also a connection to the stories embedded in the ruins. It is more than just a dance event; it's a celebration of heritage, community, and the timeless joy of dance and movement.
