Angelica Newton aka Kemetic Yogi specializes in Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) Yoga –the original form of yoga. She incorporates the foundations of her specialty practice into every yoga class. This gentle yoga session will seamlessly increase mobility, strength and build mindfulness through meditation and breathwork. New to yoga? No worries!
