An uplifting sunrise dance celebrating Summer Solstice, we move freely by the sea energising our body and soul.Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance. Free your body and soul, let go of your mind.
We start with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body. There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5 minutes which helps us drop into body, followed by 1 hour 15 mins music journey which is a wave of different rhythms from all over the world for free movement.
Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. ?
As a special solstice treat we'll be giving away super fruity smoothie bowls after the dance, and there's an opportunity to help us together create a piece of art with natural materials on the beach.
Wear comfy clothes in layers and bring water.
It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and be free to dance like no-one is watching!
Please book ONE ticket per headset.
For adults and children over 8 (if supervised by an adult).
