Join us for a rejuvenating morning on the beach with Vanessa Hernandez and Liliwaves at Saltwater Deck. This special event is designed to help you soothe and repair your nervous system through the powerful practices of breathwork and a soundbath, all set against the serene backdrop of the ocean.

What to Expect:

Breathwork Session:
We will start the morning with a calming breathwork session led by Vanessa Hernandez. Breathwork involves guided breathing techniques that help you connect deeply with your breath, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. This practice can improve mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical health by oxygenating the body and calming the nervous system.

Soundbath:
Following the breathwork, Liliwaves will lead us in a soothing soundbath. A soundbath is a meditative experience where you lie down and listen to the resonant sounds of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sounds help to induce deep relaxation, reduce anxiety, and enhance your overall sense of peace and tranquility.
