Join us for Sunrise Beach Yoga in Myrtle Beach, located right in front of the DoubleTree Resort, just south of Springmaid Pier. This all-levels class is the perfect way to start your day with the sound of the ocean and the beauty of the sunrise.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is designed to welcome everyone. Don’t forget to bring your own mat or beach towel and enjoy a peaceful, grounding practice by the sea.
There is free parking all along Springmaid Blvd. Feel free to walk through the DoubleTree Resort. You'll be able to use the restrooms at the resort and feel free to stay after for coffee or breakfast at the new Ocean Blue Restaurant inside the resort.
