Sunrise Beach Yoga Delray Beach was created to bring together a group of like minded individuals who love yoga, the beach, and the sunrise.My name is Pedro and I love yoga and creating community! No prior yoga experience required, and all levels welcome! I look forward to guiding and practicing with you! We meet every Sunday!
Details: Class will start at 6:30 am! Class is 60 minutes long. No Prior yoga experience required. Class will be an all levels hatha-vinyasa style yoga class.
What To Expect: A beautiful unique yoga experience as the sun rises with a nice community of people.
What To Bring: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.
All Ages. All Levels. WELCOME.
Parking is free on A1A and Opal Grand parking lot across from beach until 8 am!
