Join us on the beach at Sunrise Yoga with April May Yoga!

This is an all levels class to help make Miami more mindful. Watch the sunrise, connect with nature, and meet new friends along the way.

When: Friday, September 19th from 7:00am-8:00am

Where: South Beach and 1st street by the blue lifeguard tower!

• We will be at South Beach & 1st Street Lifeguard Tower- there is free parking until 9am in front of Nikki beach, you just walk around it to the beach, we will be by the blue lifeguard stand!

What to Bring: Bring a mat and/or beach towel!

About April May Yoga:

April is a vinyasa-based yoga instructor in Miami. She has been teaching for over 6 years various styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Sculpt, Myofascial Release Yoga and Aerial yoga. She is well-liked and respected by her students from all around the world. She is currently in Miami teaching at studios, sunrise yoga and special public and private events in the South Florida area to create and build community.

She began teaching Free sunrise beach yoga in May of 2022 as a way to connect with nature and the beauty of the sunrise.
