Sunrise Beach Pilates

Start your Saturday with purpose and join us for a soul-nourishing Pilates flow on the beach, where faith, fitness, and fellowship come together under the sunrise. This uplifting, low-impact class is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and refresh your spirit. Whether you're a seasoned mover or brand new to Pilates, you'll be guided through a spirit-led flow to uplifting worship music and moments of prayer and reflection.

• Guided Pilates Flow led by Maribel Maignan – Build strength, flexibility, and grace through mindful, breath-centered movement.
• Faith-Based Intentionality – Experience moments of worship, gratitude, and prayer throughout the flow.
• Positive Energy & Connection – Spark meaningful conversations and connect with a like-minded community on the sand.
• Optional Ocean Dip – After the flow, feel free to jump in the ocean and cool off under the morning sun!

Meet us on the beach next to South Pointe Park Pier, right next to the iconic Jetty Lifeguard Tower.

• Mat or beach towel

By registering for and participating in the Sunrise Beach Pilates session at South Pointe Beach, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that this event involves physical activity, including Pilates, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
• Lifted In Faith Movement, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
• You certify that you are physically able to participate and will take personal responsibility for your own well-being. If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional before attending.
• You grant permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by Lifted In Faith Movement.
• You agree to respect all participants and maintain a welcoming, judgment-free space in alignment with the values of this community.

By attending, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver and release of liability.
