Sunflower Film Festival on monikielinen elokuvafestivaali, joka on rakennettu rauhan teeman ympärille.
Ohjelmassa on elokuvia, jotka tarjoavat näkökulman Lähi-idässä asuvien tai sieltä lähtevien ihmisten arkeen ja kulttuurimaisemaan. Elokuvat kertovat elämästä sotien ulkopuolella.
Tapahtumassa on myös paneelikeskustelu, jossa pohditaan taiteen roolia rauhankasvatuksessa.

Sunflower Film and Photo Festival is a multilingual film festival built around the theme of peace.
The programme features films that offer a perspective on the everyday lives and cultural and natural landscape of people living in or leaving the Middle East. The films tell the story of life outside the wars.
The films are subtitled in English.

The documentary Dance of Love is about the life of an old man and woman. The woman has been suffering from diabetes and Alzheimer's for 16 years. And she hasn't come out in seven years. Her husband takes care of her. His love for his wife has led him to paint all the walls of his backyard for her.
