This is aimed at 4- 9 year olds and children can be dropped off & collected at the end or you are welcome to stay & join in or watch.
Ideal for after school or the homeschool community.
This is for a block booking of 4 fun Childrens Yoga sessions including a Spooky Autumn Special. The Yoga will start at 4pm to allow for those who have further to travel after school - the first 15 minutes are for those who are able to arrive from 3.45pm to come and get settled or have time to change, pop to the loo or have a healthy snack before we begin.
45 minutes yoga session each week. You receive a discount for booking as a block - thank you!

Little Yogis will discover the fun of story yoga with yoga games, and explore yoga poses as we go on an adventure together where the kids get to be part of the story & all ideas are welcome! We practice calming breathing, & enjoy a gentle relaxation at the end as an introduction to mindfulness for kids & wellbeing through movement.
We often share crafts & activities together to bring our yoga story adventure to life too.
Yoga is a wonderful calming, coping & wellbeing activity that equips kids with so many benefits including boosting confidence & self-esteem, increased strength & flexibility, improved balance & coordination, positive body awareness, mindfulness as a wellbeing tool & so much more!
Spaces are limited and all mats and props are provided.
