So excited to bring Ecstatic Dance on Wednesday evenings to The Neptune Harvester in Boscombe, Bournemouth where you can expressive yourself in free-flowing movement, overlooking the ocean and Boscombe Pier.
Facilitator Monika Mudra will lead you through an embodied warm up and cool down.

We dance barefoot.
