In true “Jack and Jill” fashion, two powerful forces, Women Embracing Abilities Now (WEAN) Charlotte and Y-Me Mobility Assistance come together to break cycles of isolation and build a Charlotte where every neighbor can live a life without limits.

This is a 50/50 community impact experience, supporting two missions rooted in dignity, access, and empowerment:

• WEAN Charlotte uplifts women with disabilities through mentorship, life transitions, advocacy, and scholarships creating spaces where connection replaces isolation.
• Y-Me Mobility Assistance inspires freedom through adaptive vehicle purchase assistance and certified mobility consultations turning barriers into open roads.
