Join us for Sundown Silent Disco, a mindful silent disco experience combining wellness modalities, dance, and connection! Dance your joy !Join us for Sundown Silent Disco every new moon. We will be dancing as the sunsets and each month we feature a new wellness facilitator before we jump into ecstatic dance! Come dance and feel free in your body!
Each month we will feature a new guest wellness facilitator sharing modalities such as: Yoga, Breathwork, Live Music, chanting, mediation, movement, hypnosis and the list goes on!
This months guest facilitator is Luis Angel, a beautiful sound healer that will be taking us through a relaxing sound healing experience.
You will leave this experience feeling connected, fully expressed, revitalized, and with a holistic high!
Schedule:
-6:00 - 6:15 Check in
-6:15 - 6:45 Sound Healing by Luis Angel
-6:45 - 7:45 Guided Expressive Movement & Ecstatic Dance
-7:45 -8:00 Closing Circle & Integration
-*Stay afterwards and meet beautiful people.

-Clothing that is easy to move in

Parking & Location:
-Free parking in the Beach Parking Lot .
-Use the most southern entrance directly across from Johnny Longboats to walk out onto the beach and you will see the Be You Disco Table !
Be You Disco Facilitators
Carolina Panoff is the Founder of Be You Disco and is a Transformation Life Coach. She loves bridging the gap between creative expression and wellness and her mission is to create a container for people to explore their own self-expression and gently push their creative boundaries. She is also passionate about creating spaces for connection and dissolving the boundaries that society places on us. These experiences are designed to disarm any unconscious defenses so that we can truly feel more connected to ourselves and others. Kev Ohm is a local singer/songwriter and vocal sound healer in West Palm Beach Florida. His music ranges from pop and acoustic to medicine music. He loves opening up spaces for communal music making what he likes to call "group loop." Sharing with others that we are all creators and creative. Guest Facilitators Each month we will have a new guest facilitator sharing wellness modalities such as breath work, yoga, kundalini, hypnosis, music etc. There are no limits!
Refund Policy :
-Attendees can request refunds up to 7 days before the event. We will offer a credit for those that do. If you are within the 7 day window we no longer take refund requests due to the nature of the event and saving headsets for each attendee.
-If we postpone and you cannot make the newly scheduled date we will offer a credit to a future event.
