The Sundown Subdivision is hosting our massive, coordinated Summer Neighborhood Garage Sale. Neighbors all across the community are opening up their driveways and clearing out their garages, basements, and closets. Things are being priced to move!

Dates: Saturday, June 27th + Sunday, June 28th
Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM daily (No early birds, please!)
Location: Sundown Neighborhood (Main entrances marked with bright neon signs off
🗺️ HOW TO NAVIGATE THE SALE
To make shopping easy, we are putting together a master list/digital map of every single participating home.

Once you arrive, just look for the bright neon signs at the subdivision entrances, and follow the neon arrows at the internal intersections to guide you to the participating driveways.
🛍️ WHAT YOU’LL FIND
With so many families participating, there is a massive variety of items:
Furniture & Decor: Couches, tables, chairs, wall art, lamps, and kitchenware.
Tools & Outdoors: Lawn equipment, power tools, sporting goods, and camping gear.
Baby & Kids: High-quality toys, strollers, pack-and-plays, and kids' clothes of all sizes.
Clothing & Accessories: Men's, women's, and name-brand apparel and shoes.
Media & Fun: Books, board games, electronics, and holiday decor.

Please park safely on the right side of the road, keep driveways clear, and drive slowly as we expect heavy foot traffic. Most homes accept Cash, Venmo, or Zelle! See you there!
