Sundays Sound Meditation " Seven Chakras Journey" Welcome to the most spectacular and largest Sound Meditation in Destin!
Prana Mudra Sound Meditation Journey is a deeply-immersive meditative experience in which the participants are “bathed” in sound waves and frequencies.
The sound waves are produced by various instruments such as gongs, singing crystal bowls, flumies, native drums, chimes, ocean drums, wind wands, rain instruments etc, as well as the human voice. ( Bija Mantras )
Sunday evenings Sound Meditation is Scott's personal interpretation of a Chakra Sound Meditation added to a "Kundalini Gong Bath" as learned from my teacher Guru Jagat."
In Scott's words, "This is the most powerful way to nurture and alchemize the full body and mind purging negative energies and opening new channels for self exploration."
You will be given mantras and colors to focus your mind on all chakra points.
YOU WILL HEAR POWERFUL Cosmo Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Alchemy Bowls, Chimes, Native Drums, Crystal pyramid and other high vibrational instruments to activate the "coiled serpent" and make it rise.
The collective energies that are resting at the base of the spine will be pushed to move up by the vibrational sounds.
The dormant energies will move upward and spiraling through the seven chakras (energy centers) and lead you to an expanded state of consciousness." as connect to the crown chakra and your body and mind are infused with Universal wisdom.
