Sunday Yoga on the Lawn at the Memorial Art Gallery

Join me for yoga on the grounds of the Memorial Art Gallery! This outdoor yoga experience will start your day allowing connecting with nature, art and grounding yoga flows. We will begin with a brief meditation and continue with yoga.

What to bring: Bring your mat, water and maybe a towel.

Where we will meet: Please meet me outside in front of the main entrance where I will check you in.
