This isn’t just any New Moon, it’s a Solar Eclipse in Virgo and it feels like the universe is giving us a do-over. A chance to clear out what didn’t stick last month and start fresh with more clarity and intention.
We’ll flow through a full-body yoga practice from face (yes, a little facial yoga!) to toes, then drop into a relaxing sound meditation with crystal singing bowls. To seal it all in, you’ll create a New Moon Intention Card to take home as a reminder of what you’re calling in.
