£8 for a drop in, or class pass options available:
4 CLASS PASS FOR £28 (to be used over 8 weeks)
6 CLASS PASS FOR £42 (to be used over 10 weeks)
SOCIALS: we'll be heading to Archive after for brunch/coffee ☕️🍳
As always, this is a safe space where we just get together and move our bodies, stretch out after a long week and connect with ourselves and each other. If you have any serious injuries please message me before booking so we can figure out the best solutions for you ☺️
Class is roughly an hour, and however long you'd like to spend at the cafe after ☕️
Please bring your own mat or any other equipment you might like to use, whether that's a strap, blanket, bolster, blocks etc.
Please do let me know in advance if you are coming as I will need to share access codes with you. Please also arrive at least 5 mins early so we can park and arrive in time.
If you've never done yoga before, please don't let that put you off, it's not something to be taken seriously, it's just about doing what makes you feel good and we're here to hang out and make friends

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation possible up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
LATE POLICY: Entry will not be permitted if you are more than 2 minutes late, please keep me updated if you are running late and we can potentially work out a solution, but please do not enter the room late because we begin our meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️ and my insurance does not cover you if you have missed the warm up 🩵
