Ease into your Sunday with a slow, gentle yin practice led by one of our rotating teachers - each bringing their own unique vibe, warmth, and style. This class is all about softening, unwinding, and giving yourself permission to take it easy. Expect long holds, lots of support, gentle guidance, and space to just be as you melt into the stillness of each shape.
When: Sundays @ 9:00am-10:00am
