Sunday VisionBoard Retreat: Reset, Renew, Recharge

Most VisionBoards end up in a drawer. If nothing were in the way, you wouldn't be putting it on a board. You'd already be living it. This day is about seeing what's in the way, so this year actually goes differently.
Here's the day:
-Light yoga (no experience needed)
-Heart-centered meditation
-Real conversation with women who get it
-A creative VisionBoarding session
-Practical, science-based strategies to carry your intention through the year
-All materials, a light lunch and snacks are included. Bring a yoga mat and an open heart. I'll bring the rest.
$155. Spots are non-refundable but transferable, so if life happens, give your spot to a friend.
Bring a friend: Register together by November 8 and you each get a private pre-retreat recording from me, with a guided visualization to get you ready for the day.
