This is a FREE workout so please feel free to bring your friends and family members!
For those of you new to track day, a typical track session takes about 45-60 minutes. We discuss the workout before moving into a warm-up lap, some drills, and then our workout! If you're new to running and worried this will be too advanced for you, do not stress!! Each week I will have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced version of the same workout. As you feel more and more comfortable you can move up the levels.
After the workout we will ALWAYS hit a cool down jog/walk and do some stretches. Recovery is key!!
This is a great opportunity to give running a try in a friendly environment or for more experienced runners to get a good workout in. Come on out, we’d love to have you!!
