Sunday Sweats are music-only, un-facilitated, 2 x 1 hour 5Rhythms Waves – the second often with a deeper intention or ‘theme’. It helps to have been to a 5Rhythms class before but it’s not essential.In the Spirit of Sunday morning, we offer Sweat your Prayers sessions as a gentle and deep movement experience. A place to find sanity, solace and sensuality in a morning movement practice.
In 2024 we offer monthly daytime dances as a family friendly event. Most of these are at St Brigids Hall – we’ll get a winter and summer dance at the Convent.
