Dancing the 5Rhythms is a dynamic way to both workout and to meditate in the same breath.Twice a month you are invited to join us as we dive into the terrain of our embodied wisdom.
Music is played and gentle guidance is offered in a supportive, held space.
The 5Rhythms is a global movement, a dance practice that teaches us that life is energy in motion, freeing us from any fixed notions about people, places and what is possible.
This is a free form dance practice - there are no steps to follow.
You dance at your own pace, no previous experience is needed.
This class is open to all ages and abilities (0-14yo dance free)
WE DANCE IN HAMILTON ON THE
2ND & 4TH SUNDAY EVERY MONTH
10:30 - 12:30 ~ $25/$20/$15
PRE-REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL
