Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach yoga class at Carlsbad State beach near Lifeguard Tower 32. Start your Sunday off right with some sun, sand, and yoga! All levels are welcome, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is perfect for you. Feel the ocean breeze, listen to the waves, and find your flow with our amazing community. Don't forget your mat, sunscreen, and water - let's surf into Sunday together!

This class is offered in a collaboration with Carlsbad village athletic clubs and fully permitted through CA State Parks.

Dogs: there are no dogs allowed on this beach :( furry friends should stay home.
