Nature is beginning her gentle shift as the days shorten, nights grow cooler, and the gardens begin to tire. This Sunday, we gather in harmony with the season to release what no longer serves us, to rest, and to invite renewal. 🌙🍂
Our meditation will guide you into your inner garden…honoring what has grown, gathering the fruits you wish to carry forward, and lovingly offering what is ready to be released back to the earth. Through sound and stillness, we align with the wisdom of the cycle: release, rest, and renewal.
🌿 Herbal Blessing & Intention 🌿
• Rosemary for remembrance, honoring what has been and carrying forward its lessons.
• Chamomile for soothing the weariness of body and spirit, inviting rest and gentleness.
• Mugwort for transition and dreamwork, opening the way into new cycles.
• Sage for clearing away stagnant energy and creating sacred space.
Together, these herbs will weave into our sound journey as a blessing, supporting your release, protecting your spirit, and preparing the soil within for what’s to come.

Yoga mats, meditation cushions, and blankets are provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to deepen into the relaxation experience.
