About this Event

During this sound healing session, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing journey using sound, silence, breathwork and guided meditation. Crystal singing bowls, chimes and other sound healing instruments create a gentle landscape of soothing sounds and vibrations, inviting your body and mind to slow down.

Sound, silence & stillness
The sounds help you settle into the present moment, while moments of silence give you time to receive, rest and notice what is already there. Throughout the session, you’ll be invited to connect with your breath, body and inner awareness, without needing to achieve anything or do it “right”.
Simply lie back, listen and allow yourself to be.
A space to reconnect
This session is an opportunity to release some of the tension you may be carrying and create a little more room to breathe.
You’re welcome to bring a journal and take a few moments after the session to write down any thoughts, emotions or insights that came up.
About the session:
Nina Helen is a certified Sound Healer whose journey began through art, yoga and a deep sensitivity to her surroundings. Her first experience with crystal singing bowls introduced her to the profound relaxation and sense of connection that sound can create.

Everything you need is provided: a mat, blanket, eye mask and tea.
No previous experience with sound healing or meditation is needed.
The session will be held in Dutch. If there is an English-speaking participant, the session will be held in English.
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing as you’ll spend most of the session lying down. There is no changing room available at the studio, so we recommend arriving in comfortable clothes.
Come as you are. No experience, expectations or preparation needed. Just give yourself permission to slow down, listen and simply be.
