This will be a meditative, full-body listening experience with various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being through the resonant frequencies of the sounds. It’s a great way to reset the nervous system before the work week starts.
