About this Event

December can be a joyful but also challenging time for many. We will gather in a place of peace and presence to soak in the vibrations of Sound Healer Academy trained, Nashville-based Kayce Laine's crystal bowls.

What is a sound bath? Crystal bowls? Read on for a full explanation of this powerful therapy!

We look forward to you joining us for a sound healing experience at Kate Thomas' new art studio located 1701 Colley Avenue (next to Texture, across from Blair Middle School)

a few details:

We recommend arriving and parking by 10:30 AM. Please walk if you are able, weather permitting. Parking is abundant along Colley Avenue and doors will open at 10:45 AM. Please arrive by 10:50 AM at the latest so that you may get settled before we begin at 11:00 AM.

As this is a unique, pop-up style event in a brand new space, we ask that you bring a yoga mat, a pillow and blanket for ultimate comfort.

We ask for you to be present with us. To get the most of this divine experience, please turn off all devices upon arrival. We will ask that you end any phone / text conversations when you step in the door.

If this will be your first sound healing experience, or you're looking for a refresher, please read this!

1. We are excited for you!

2. Eat a light meal an hour or two your arrival.

3. Hydration is recommended before and after the sound bath.

4. Bathrooms will be available, but we do recommend you use the facilities at home to avoid any delay.

Please contact [email protected] for any and all questions. If there is something we can do to make this an ultimate wellness for you, we will do our best to accommodate.

New to the sound bath world? Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and special sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.

Integral Sound Healing is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress, while helping to balance our whole being.

Sound Healing Instruments that are easy to play can be applied both on the body and off-the-body, whilst also incorporating voice sounds and tones.

Sound Therapy techniques are delivered using instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, and more both during a one-on-one sound healing session or sound bath.
