Sunday Sound Bath at the Dungeon

Join us for an immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and healing instruments to help slow the brainwaves and raise the frequency of the body's energetic fields. If you struggle with relaxation or regular meditation this sound bath is for you!

And yes, this is the only sound bath taking place in a dungeon in the world.

Whether you’re a dungeon regular or curious about visiting the space for the first time, this sound bath is a low-key way to rest, relax, and rejuvenate in a beloved community setting.

This inclusive monthly community sound bath is age 21+.

SCHEDULE:

• 6:15pm - Doors open and settle in, oracle cards and essential oils
• 6:30pm - Sound bath begins
  (no latecomers past 6:40 as we cannot accommodate once we have started)
• 8:00pm - Event ends

BRING:

• Bring something that will be comfortable for you to lie on, as we'll be on the floor for about an hour (yoga mat or pad), blanket, pillow, eye covering, a water bottle, and any crystals to charge.
• Dress comfortably
