There is so much to process in our world today, both in the collective and in our own inner landscapes, and as emotional beings, we tend to store our experiences and emotions in our physical and energetic bodies. It is important to be conscious of what we are storing and to provide ourselves with opportunities to process and release what is not supporting us. Our own voices are powerful portals of expression, healing and release, and too often, we hold back this powerful form of expression.

Release and Restore is an invitation to harness the transformational energies of fall and to let go of and shed what no longer serves you. Zina will be using her voice and drum, along with Crystalline singing bowls, chekapa, kluwak, and chimes to guide you on a potent Sonic Journey.

We will open our time together with some grounding breaths and a few minutes of guided vocal release followed by an immersion of sound that will first powerfully activate your system, and then gently draw you down into a deeply restorative state that will facilitate peace and alignment.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.

During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard (of Santa Cruz Reiki Works) will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.
