Join us the Sunday AFTER Mother's Day, 5/19, at the Ferndale Library, for our final Springtime Songwriter Event, featuring the one and only George Montrele! This special acoustic performance will take place during our regular Sunday hours, starting at 2:00 pm (but feel free to arrive anytime after 1:30 pm for seating). Parking, btw, is also free on Sundays!-
George Montrelle is a versatile Detroit-based singer-songwriter drawing upon various influences, from Motown, Allen Stone, and Stevie Wonder to Fall Out Boy and Hiatus Kaiyote. He’s released original songs that blend pop, R&B, and soul with indie-rock and touches of hip-hop.
Montrelle infuses his songs with an uplifting and honest outlook on life, with his songwriting pen guided by a deep sense of compassion and sincerity.
Join us on Sunday, May 19, for a free, all-ages performance by Montrelle, featuring his orginial songs showcasing his signature blend of pop, soul, R&B, and indie-rock influences. No registration required.
