Sunday Slowdown Yoga - Connecting with yourself and others

Come join us for a nourishing Sunday Slowdown Yoga session where you can connect with yourself and others.

In this class we will start slow and building up to vinyasa before we slow slow slow it down. With some deep stretching, breathwork and ending in a connection circle under the gentle candlelight.

We will seek to connect to ourselves and to let go of any stresses of the week slowing down before we begin a new one.

Finishing with a connection circle before a restful Savasana.

The initial introduction Sunday Slowdown class on 24th November is only 10€.

Inviting you all to join us after yoga next door in the cosy Cafe Janine for a tea /drink for a chat and a light joyful connection with our fellow yogis.

The class will be mainly in English and hope to see local Parisians there also. ❤️

This in-person event will be held at 187 Rue du Temple, a peaceful location Yoze yoga centre. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is designed to help you unwind, relax, and connect on a deeper level.
