Sunday Slowdown 20s,30s+ Make friends and community

Join Riverside Friendship Club's 3rd Sunday Slowdown! A place for people in the IE to get together and make connections. It can be hard to find friends in adulthood so RFC aims to create space for people in their 20's, 30's and beyond to come together.

This Sunday Slowdown is about mindfulness and community. In the wake of the recent election, it's a time more than ever to get together and be there for one another. Join Riverside Friendship club November 24th for mindfulness morning with space to journal, meditate, and slowdown. After journaling there will also be a variety of crafts :)

Itinerary:

9-10am Journaling, live music, relax and connect

10am-12pm crafts available

All Sunday Slowdowns are entirely free, they are meant to be as accesible and inclusive as possible. Donations are appreciated but are not expected. They go towards space rentals for future events, food, refreshments, and supplies for crafts. Please only donate if you are able, otherwise just bring yourself and have a good time :)

• Event is outdoors, please bring appropriate clothing ie sweaters and jackets so you don't get too cold
• blankets provided for floor seating, feel free to bring your own
• Bring snacks and water
• Bathroom close to event space
• Free street parking
