Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating meditative experience at Our Space (inside the VAPA Center). This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and center yourself for the week ahead. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just want to connect and learn, everyone is welcome to attend. Let's come together and find some inner peace in the midst of our busy lives.

Meet your instructor

Yolanda Youngblood (she/her) is a certified mindfulness instructor, 200-hr yoga teacher, global solo traveler, pole dancer, podcaster, and writer with more than 20 years of experience holding space for the Black community. Yolanda has facilitated dozens of workshops, launched campaigns, products & programs, and witnessed thousands of individuals return to themselves through her meditative presence and authentic voice. Yolanda’s mission is to grow into her fullness with ease and joy and witness others mindfully grow into their power too.
