Terms & Conditions:

Children under 17 years old must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.

Ticket(s) purchased is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Limited seats available, first come first serve basis.

This event is suitable for adults and children aged 5 and above.

Non-painting guest(s) are strictly NOT ALLOWED to join the event.

Children who aged 5 to 7 MUST be accompanied by a FULLY VACINATED adult.

– E.g. One(1) adult & one(1) kid >> purchase two(2) tickets

– E.g. One(1) adult & two(2) kids >> purchase three(3) tickets

If one(1) adult & one(1) kid wish to share one(1) canvas > purchase 1 ticket + RM50 (add-on sharing canvas fee)

Strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once booking is confirmed (including but not limited to country goes into any form of lockdown, such as MCO, CMCO, RMCO, or similar).

If you wish to RESCHEDULE your session, please contact us at least 1 day (24 hours) before the event to avoid your ticket(s) to be suspended.

A fee of RM20 per ticket will be incurred for rescheduling done at the last minute or no-show. This charge is applicable due to the prior reservation of your seat and the preparation of necessary materials.

Due to the nature of our business and the demand on the spots for our events, we do not offer refunds.

We reserve the right to cancel the event if minimum participation numbers are not met and full refund will be processed in a week.

Please be PUNCTUAL. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in prior to the start of event! The fun will wait for no one!
