Join me on Lusty Glaze Beach on Sunday 23rd July at 10am for a 1 hour gentle flow yoga practice set entirely to a Fred Again.. x Olivia Dean inspired playlist. Immerse yourself in movement and music with silent disco headsets provided for a fully immersive beach yoga experience. Each ticket includes a goodie bag to take home too!

Please bring:
- Yoga mat (or large towel)
- Water
- Wear comfortable clothing
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, get your headset and be ready to start our flow at10AM.

This is an outdoor experience and is weather dependent. In the event of unsuitable conditions, the session may be rescheduled, relocated or refunded at the organiser's discretion.

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (including, but not limited to, high winds, thunderstorms or other adverse weather conditions), the session may be postponed, relocated or cancelled. Attendees will be notified via Eventbrite and/or email as soon as possible.

Please note that sessions will generally proceed in light rain, so attendees should dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

This is an outdoor beach event. Weather, sea and venue conditions may require the session to be modified, postponed, relocated or cancelled. Any significant changes will be communicated via email.

Silent disco headphones are provided for use during the session. Participants are responsible for taking care of equipment supplied.

Public toilets are available at Lusty Glaze Beach.
