Yoga + Meditation: A Journey Through the Senses

Our senses are a portal to the present moment and sensory training can wake you up to the beauty that is always around you. Ali will guide you through a yoga + meditation experience designed to tune you into all five senses. We'll start this class by dropping into a guided sensory meditation and then move slowly through a nurturing yoga practice. Along the way, you'll have opportunities to embrace your senses through aromatherapy, a gong bath, and mindfully savoring chocolate.
